Michael Lauren and Bryan met like so many other couples these days: on a dating app. They met shortly later for a lunch date and quickly realized they might have a future together. Their relationship grew as they enjoyed shared love for reading and hiking. Michael Lauren fell in love with Bryan's kindness and ability to mellow her out, while Bryan was intrigued by her curiosity and eagerness to share life with him.
Some time later, during a hike in Devil's Den State Park, Bryan expressed his love for Michael Lauren and asked her to marry him. She said YES!
These two dreamed of a wedding in Colorado and booked with Wild Basin Lodge for it's simple and easy access, stunning views, and great staff. They were able to have a small early morning traditional Catholic ceremony at Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church in Windsor and spent the afternoon celebrating with their family and friends.
My favorite detail of their wedding was Michael's veil. She wore her mom's veil including the blusher! What a beautiful sentimental piece of their day.
When asked of their favorite wedding memory, their response was "Seeing Michael coming down the aisle, getting to sit and eat together and just relax." Their vibrant wedding colors of red and navy blue were a beautiful pop of color during a colorless time of year. Perfect!
Congrats, you guys! May the next chapter of your story be filled with adventure and joy!
The couple's biggest wedding planning advice: "Keep things simple, and as your planning don't forget to work on your relationship, and hire Sarah Goff if you want the best experience." 😍
