Miranda and Ben's Romantic Sunset Engagement Session near Cancun, Mexico

Traveling is a passion of mine, and when it involves friends and engagement photos on a beach, I AM THERE FOR IT. Brian and I were blessed to have spent the most amazing 10 days enjoying sun, sand, and much-needed R&R near Puerto Morelos, Mexico over Thanksgiving. Some friends of ours are recently engaged and decided to travel with us. We immediately began dreaming of engagement photos on the beach at sunset and made it happen! What a treat!

The Caribbean side of Mexico is a lush wonderland of beauty, from wind-swept palm trees to thickets of jungle. There are miles of soft sand beaches and ocean views for as far as the eye can see. The people are kind and heavily surrounded by tradition. Our experience at Excellence Riviera Cancun resort was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived until we said goodbye, we were treated like royalty. The food and drinks were excellent, and the lazy river pool was the perfect rejuvenation for the soul.

Getting to know Miranda and Ben over the past couple of years has been so fun. They are planning their wedding next June at the Boulders at Black Canyon Inn in Estes Park, Colorado. I'm particularly excited, as it's my first time being a bridesmaid! I'm looking forward to celebrating with them without a camera up to my face!
