2024. A year of challenges: navigating health issues, suffering family loss, and unexpected life changes. Amidst a lot of tears and heartache, I found joy and light through my wonderful clients and their happy celebrations. I'm continually humbled by the opportunity to be a part of my couple's wedding days and the ability to experience such momumentous moments.
While 2024 wasn't a record breaking year, it was the perfect blend of work and play. Brian and I traveled on personal time to Washington to visit family and friends, Alaska where we flew in a tiny airplane around Denali and cruised the inside passage, Wisconsin to visit a best friend, and California to celebrate Brian's grandma's 100th birthday.

The year started off with Micah and Blake’s late winter wedding at The Chateaux at Fox Meadows, followed by Allison and Tyler's intimate elopement at the Jefferson County Courthouse. We laughed until our sides hurt with Michael Lauren and Bryan during their reception at Wild Basin Lodge.
Over the summer, I spent time photographing weddings at the Boulders at Black Canyon Inn in Estes Park, Brookside Events in Berthoud, Arrowhead Golf Club near Littleton, Sweet Heart Winery in Loveland, Lionsgate Event Center in Lafayette, Denver Athletic Club, and the Inverness Denver.
The year ended on a high note with Angela and Sam's beautifully vibrant fall wedding at Arrowhead Golf Club where we were able to create a nighttime milkyway star photo.
It's always fun each year to look back and relive the laughs and joy, critique my own work, and compare past years as my style adapts and skills improve. Here are the best photos of 2024.
